Green Chile, Red Chile, New Mexico Christmas, and Green Chile Cheeseburger (yes, that’s right!). People loved these new items at this year's Balloon Fiesta Show, so I’m thinking they are going to become a staple in the Mountain Man Gourmet repertoire.

Based on our original Go-Go Green, Rowdy Red, and New Mexico Christmas spice blend recipes, we bought a special pharmacy-grade grinding machine to grind the blends into a fine powder that sticks right to your popcorn for MAXIMUM FLAVOR!
