Texas Chili Mix

Yeah, they spell it wrong, but our neighbors to the east sure know how to do it up right, and there’s nothing better than a huge steaming pot of Texas chili on a cold winter’s night, especially when you can whip this up in just about 30 minutes instead of staying up all night long like they do at the chili cook-offs that are famous all over the state of Texas. 

Simply brown some ground beef, add the spice packet and a couple of cans of diced tomatoes and pinto beans, and it’s ready before you can say Walker Texas Ranger (well, maybe a few times, and not too fast). And come to think of it, nothing goes better with our easy-peasy Texas Chili mix than our Green Chile Cornbread Mix.  Yumbo!
